Diversity increases the effectiveness of leadership and teams. Though to increase performance, and reduce turnover, it must go hand in hand with inclusion. People feeling like they are valued and belong.

This holistic and thorough diversity learning programme, explores the different identity metrics of Race, Disability, LGBTQ+, Neurodiversity, Gender (split in to Female Leadership, Masculinity, Gender Identity), Age and Social Mobility in the workplace.

Each module covers:

• key terminology,
• the barriers that are in the way for certain groups
• case studies,
• and actions participants can take to begin behavioural change.

At the end of this certification, you will:

• Understand the business case for having a more diverse & inclusive workplace,
• Understand they key challenges in the way for different groups,
• Be introduced to some practical ways that D&I can be supported in your workplace,
• Have actions that you can take to create change in your workplace.

We adopt a multimedia approach using the written word, videos, diagrams and audio recordings to educate. To work quickly through each module takes about 30-40 minutes, whereas there are plenty of signposts to additional resources so it is easy to disappear down a rabbit hole for 1 - 2 hours if you want to!
