Simply ‘not being racist’ is not enough to shift the systemic inequality in our system. We need to commit to action. This is how you can step into being anti racist.

Description

This e-learning module is a step on from our ethnic and racial diversity module. The aim of this module is to demonstrate how to be an anti-racist. Simply 'not being racist' is not enough to impact the systemic inequality in our society and, consequently, our business. We must focus on the systemic challenges that exist in our societies and inevitably influence our businesses. We need to commit to action to ensure we put in processes to combat and mitigate against it. This module has been written, in partnership with our friends at Utopia, from a black lens, for white people to step into anti racism and take that out into the world and workplace. We demonstrate how to be anti-racist in this module. As anti-racism policies alone cannot solve society's and business' systemic inequality issues

We invite you to step into doing the anti racism work; continuing the conversation beyond when it's front of mind to create cultural change together.
