Course dates: 31st November and 1st December 2022
London location: TBC
Daring Greatly™ is a 2-day psycho-educational workshop which allows leaders to explore what gets in the way of them truly showing up in the workplace.
Daring Greatly™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Brené Brown, exploring courage and resilience in the workplace. Through the course we will examine the armour we may put on as leaders (such as perfectionism and people pleasing) and work through what stops us from truly showing up.
- the beliefs that we hold which stop us from stepping in to our leadership, our creativity and our innovation - the behaviours that we engage in which get in the way of connection - the attributes and the barriers to empathy in the workplace, and how to close the gap - the incremental, small moments that can build or break trust - the importance of vulnerability to unleash vision in the workplace - how choosing courage over comfort will drive leadership behaviors and employee engagement
Daring Greatly™ is for you if you want to explore how having the courage to be vulnerable could transform the way you live, love, lead and parent.

The course will be facilitated by Roxanne Hobbs (CPCC, PCC, DWF, CDTLF). Roxanne is the founder of The Hobbs Consultancy, initially founded to effect change for women in the advertising industry. Since then she has come to realise that it isn’t the women that need fixing and that it is not just women who face barriers in the workplace. Roxanne’s specialism is inclusivity in the workplace - how to show up as yourself and how to create teams that feel able to show up as themselves. She believes that it is possible to have a fulfilling career and a happy home life and works with people to achieve just that.
