Here at THC, one of our values is 'community'. We believe that we are wired to seek connection with other people and that it's connections across communities that creates change.
We strive to live this value and have created a community made up of our central team and all of our fantastic coaches. Our coaching community is a part of the business, not just a network of associates. We involve them deeply in our thinking, we train them in our delivery and we also learn from them. They are a big part of how we are growing our perspective.
Last week some of us got together to share and connect after a year of highs and lows. It is in these joyful moments that the power of community is so apparent.
This time of year is a great opportunity to re-connect with people we might not regularly see, whether that be family or friends, and support each other as we reflect back on the year.
The THC team will be doing just that and closing the office from 21st December to 3rd January to recharge ready for 2024.
