Christi has trained hundreds of new coaches in French and English since 2014 and has mentored dozens of coaches-in-training. She maintains a thriving coaching practice and has been coaching professionally since 2009, after graduating from the International Coach Academy.
Christi holds a Master NLP certificate, as well as certifications in spiritual direction, group coaching, depth coaching, Enneagram work and mentor coaching. She is a Certified Daring GreatlyTM Facilitator.
Married to Ben, she is the mom of three young people and lives in Alsace on the French, Swiss, and German borders.
I have lived in the United States, Belgium, France, Kenya, Liberia, and the Ivory Coast. Being a coach since 2010, my clients come from every continent on the globe. I've often been the only woman in the room, with leadership roles in the nuclear energy industry. I'm a mom of a gender-neutral child on the autism spectrum. I've been the only American or the only white person in the room more often than not over the past two decades.

Experience
Christi launched her career with 12 years of corporate communications with a French multi-national energy company. When she moved to Kenya to do pro-bono work, she found her passion in coaching and went on to become a coach trainer and faciliator of team and group experiences. Christi has coached more than 3,000 hours with clients from every continent. Skilled with international and humanitarian organizations, she has 27 years of experience in intercultural living and professional service.

Christi has lived the emotional and spiritual stretching that comes with multiple international moves. She loves walking with world-changers through big transitions and brings grace and compassion to every interaction. She knows what it's like to be the other and the outsider from a cultural, gender, and language perspective. Her experiences make her one of the kindest, gentlest and most rigorous and challenging coaches, all at the same time.
Personal style
Christi brings a glow of celebration and lovingkindness that leads even the most resistant client into a journey of acceptance, growth, grace and truth. She was raised with two parents who were likely undiagnosed on the autism spectrum and has a daughter with autism. She brings a curiosity about all kinds of minds and works creatively with the body and mind to bring creativity, movement and perspective to the journey.
My world has gotten so much bigger. You just need someone to say, “Go!” I feel expanded. When we started, I still had so much fear, but the gift of being coached has been huge. It’s given me the strength to step forward.
The distance I've come is tremendous. I see the value of presence above almost everything else. I am more relaxed and less anxious. I have a much better idea of my own needs, limitations, and areas of growth needed.
